Project Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a talented graduate or someone with relevant work experience, to join our fast-growing and innovative eDiscovery Project Management team. The role involves providing day-to-day support to our project managers in the execution of tasks across the lifecycle of an eDiscovery matter. It is a dynamic role that allows you to make a major contribution from day one and gain hands-on experience managing the EDRM process for our clients. An Analyst reports to the Director and handles tasks assigned by their teammates. We will provide a full onboarding process as well as continued technical and non-technical development opportunities throughout the role.

Essential Responsibilities

Our Analysts work within our Project Management team to:

  • Provide end-to-end support of eDiscovery matters and serve as an additional client point of contact.
  • Coordinate evidence management processes to uphold chain of custody and data security policies. Taking responsibility for the handling of electronic and physical evidence and the intake and transfer of this data.
  • Collaborate with and support internal teams in applying analytics, machine learning, and innovative solutions to reduce large review populations.
  • Generate and distribute standard data metrics reporting to project managers, clients, and senior team members.
  • Setup review workflows and understanding of our eDiscovery platforms and their functionalities e.g., Relativity, RelativityOne, Reveal.
  • Uphold high-quality control processes and standards on all project deliverables.
  • Develop strong client relationships through collaborative, consultative service and support of Project Managers.
  • Familiarize themselves with legal obligations and standards of an eDiscovery matter and research into new industry trends and technologies.

Position Qualifications

  • 3+ years in an administrative role with a history of supporting large teams and at the executive level
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and coordinate across outside vendors
  • Knowledge of eDiscovery managed review services is a plus
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Working knowledge of Excel and experience with timekeeping software required
