Lauren Hause Joins as EVP of Client Experience, Bringing 27 Years in Legal and Embedded Managed Services

KANSAS CITY, MO, JULY 30, 2026 Lineal, a global managed services provider for eDiscovery and digital investigations, today announced that Lauren Hause has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Client Experience. Hause will lead Lineal’s global client engagement strategy and build out the client experience team as the company scales to meet current and future client demand.

Hause brings 27 years in legal to the role. She began her career at an Am Law 100 firm in Kansas City, where she ran the Litigation Support Division for 13 years, supporting teams and matters for large corporations. That work gave her a firsthand understanding of the cost pressures, deadlines, and regulatory demands that shape how legal teams operate.

She later moved to the provider side, where she specialized in building embedded managed services programs for large law firms, covering eDiscovery and the full range of litigation-adjacent roles. She also held responsibility for the global project management office, giving her ownership of both the client-facing model and the operational infrastructure behind it.

Most recently, as Vice President of US Structured Teams at Consilio, Hause led a team of more than 100 professionals embedded within Fortune 100 corporate legal departments, combining technology, AI, and experienced people to reduce cost and improve efficiency for in-house teams. At Lineal, she will apply that model across the company’s global client base while growing the team that delivers it.
