Scott Culbertson Joins Alongside Recent Leadership Additions as Lineal Scales to Meet Surging Demand

Culbertson will lead solutions design and client engagement strategy as Lineal continues to scale its operations to meet increasing global client demand.

Culbertson brings over 20 years of experience in eDiscovery, alongside more than 30 years of broader professional experience spanning public accounting and legal technology—an approach that prioritizes not just how workflows perform, but what they cost and where the value is realized.

Most recently, Culbertson served as Vice President within the Data and AI Consulting group at Elevate, where he led solutions designed to solve complex legal data and eDiscovery challenges. Prior to that, he was co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Redgrave Data (acquired by Elevate in 2024), where he drove go-to-market strategy and embraced the emerging role of AI in legal technology. Throughout his career, Culbertson has consistently focused on advancing innovation in managed services.
