Lineal appoints Jeanne Somma as Chief Legal Officer and Head of Managed Review
Dallas, USA, November 3, 2020 – Lineal Services, a global AI-enabled legal data services organisation, announced today that Jeanne Somma has joined the company as Chief Legal Officer and Head of Managed Review. As Lineal continues to expand its technology forward offerings globally, Somma joins to lead the expansion of the company’s technology-driven managed review program.
For over a decade Somma has specialized in workflow design and technology application in the review process. Throughout her career, Somma focused on consulting with clients to create efficient, defensible, and technology-driven review workflows. She is an expert voice in the industry on eDiscovery best practices and law and brings with her the unique perspective of a seasoned practitioner who has also sat in her client’s seat as general counsel.

Prior to joining Lineal Somma served as the Legal Insights Executive and General Counsel of ayfie Inc., where she served as the company’s legal industry subject matter expert and consulted with clients on ayfie’s review and search workflow applications. She is also an adjunct professor teaching Legal Tech, Legal Operations, and the Business of Law at New York Law School.
