Project Manager

The Project Manager will work with our global project management team to ensure that our clients receive a responsive, high-quality service experience throughout the lifecycle of their eDiscovery cases.  

Essential Job Responsibilities: 

  • Support Lineal’s project management team with administrative tasks including billing, scheduling, reporting, and answering client inquiries 
  • Develop, modify, and implement project workflows, and organize essentials resources needed for project technology selection and to progress work through those systems 
  • Initiate requests on behalf of clients by crafting and submitting work orders for tasks associated with data processing, review, and production 
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of job instructions and final work product 
  • Set and effectively manage expectations for scope and delivery deadlines to internal and external stakeholders 
  • Establish informed project schedules based on a solid understanding of project goals, activities, sequences of events, dependencies, work effort, duration of tasks across departments, and associated resource requirements based upon the complexity of work and the size of the queue 
  • Participate in project tasks including kick-off call preparation and execution, documenting workflows, standards, and project closure tasks such as final billing and data destruction 
  • Develop and utilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine the appropriate course of action 

Required Qualifications & Characteristics: 

  • Strong attention to detail, task organization, and client-service orientation skills 
  • A team player with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience and familiarity with eDiscovery Services covering the full spectrum of the EDRM 
  • A purpose-driven mentality, with a personal focus on ownership, accountability, and empathy
